A Day of Fun and Learning

Our school recently organized a vibrant *Reading Mela* for students of *Classes 1 and 2, where the children participated with great enthusiasm and energy. Teachers, with a focus on **Foundational Literacy and Numeracy, prepared engaging **Teaching-Learning Materials (TLM)* and conducted a variety of interactive activities.

The event aimed at fostering a love for reading among young learners, providing them with a platform to explore books, stories, and language skills in a fun and creative environment.

Our *Principal, Mr. Rajender Kumar*, encouraged students to read daily and emphasized the importance of incorporating reading into their everyday lives. He also urged teachers to promote the values of reading through their regular teaching practices, ensuring that children continue to develop strong literacy skills.

The Reading Mela was a joyful celebration of learning and a wonderful step towards building a strong foundation in literacy for our young students!
